Cancellation without charges

Hi,

I have been chraged monthly subscription for a year, without being notified, plus if I cancel i still need to pay the remaining months and it is quite expensive and that is a rip off! please help to find a way to cancel without penaties

ie, did you start an acrobat trial in late 2022 that you failed to cancel?
