Cancelled 7 day free Subscription - Adobe still charing me for 8 months

I started a 7 day free trial with Adobe Cloud in March, realized immediately upon dowload that my laptop was too old to handle it, so canceled immediately. Received confirmation of cancellation.

Every month since Adobe have charged me. Adobe will not speak to me as I have no active account linked to my email, so my bank has been treating it as fraud. The bank  have now closed the case saying there is nothing they can do and that I have to contact Adobe myself.

How can I fix this? Hours and hours on the phone and sending emails and screenshots back and forth, talking to chat bots. I am beyond exhausted with this.

Same thing has happened to me! Yes it is exhausting! I had used Adobe Photoshop since 1998 with multiple editions = $$$ My Computer also was too old, I cancelled and have an email confirmation of the cancellation. I will update this thread after I can talk to a real person. **FYI if you talk to someone through the chat you can request a copy of the conversation sent to your email.

contact adobe support.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
