Question

Cancelled my account, but am still being charged

Hi guys,

I was hoping someone would be able to advise me on what would be best to do about this.

I'm signed up to a yearly subscription to be renewed on the 4th of October for college but I decided to cancel it this year. Yesterday on the 3rd, I fully cancelled my plan and I thought that was that until I checked my bank account tonight and saw a pending charge for Adobe.

I reopened my "manage my plan" section on the Adobe website and it says I'm still signed up for a plan that I most definitely cancelled. Now I can't even find an option to speak to someone about it and rectify the issue as I'm being asked to pay a cancellation fee.

I'm just hoping someone might have an email or phone number that I can use to speak to someone about this and get it all sorted.

Any advice would be very welcomed! Thanks so much.

use a browser that allows popups and cookies and contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true.

p.p.s you can also use phone (but chat is usually quicker), https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

p.p.p.s. you can also use twitter to tweet @AdobeCare.
