cancelled my free subscription and still got charged

i tried indesign with the free subscription then i saw u could make the free subscription longer which i chose to do. last week i decided i didnt need it anymore so i cancelled the subscription before they could bill me. today i check my online bank and see they charged me 25.99€. i contact their costumer service who also is to no help. so thanks for that i guess adobe.
