cancelled my free subscription but i still got charged

i wanted to start using indesign for a while again so i got the free subscription for 7 days. i saw there was an option to make your free subscription longer so i decided to go for it. last week i completely cancelled it before they could charge me and today i look at my bank to see they charged me 25.99€. tried to contact their costumer service that didnt do anything.
