Cancelled my plan but still getting charged

I have cancelled my annual subscription in April 2025. I received an email confirming the cancellation. However, I have been changed for a new year and been charged for 3 months now. I need help in activating my cancellation please.

We appreciate you reaching out. As per your account info, you have an active subscription to Adobe Acrobat Standard since 1 year 2 months and 2 days. The subscription renewal email was sent to your registered email address 1 month prior to renewal i.e. April 07, 2025.

Thanks for sharing the screenshot. As stated in the screenshot, the complimentary access to Adobe Express has ended but Adobe Acrobat Standard was not cancelled.

I hope it clarifies the doubt now.
