Cancelled my plan by mistake and lost my 20gb Photography plan, can I re-activate?

I was looking to change my payment methods and cancelled my photography plan by mistake and when I came back to re-activate I saw it was double the price. My plan it s still running until day 09 off April. Is there any way I could cancel the cancelation and go back to have my 20gb Plan because I cant afford the 1TB one....
