Cancelled my subscription – no confirmation of refund

I started the InDesign free trial on August 19. Trial supposedly ended on August 26.

Today (September 3), I canceled my subscription, expecting a refund because I saw this on Adobe’s website:

But I received no confirmation of the refund. What gives?

    I confirm Adobe has initiated a refund 3 days ago. Please wait for 10-12 days for the refund to get processed.

    refunds are automatic and take up to 14 days to complete.

     

    meanwhile, check your account, https://account.adobe.com to confirm everything is cancelled and save your trial start and trial cancellation emails from adobe.
