Cancelled Plan Still Being Charged

Question

I have blocked the payment from going through but I cancelled my plan during the free trial. They charged me 30 pounds once and since then I have blocked the payment. They try and steal another 30 pounds from my account EVERY 2 DAYS. I need it to stop because it's getting annoying. They're not going to get their money, it doesn't belong to them. I can't get through to customer care because there is jack all way to get hold of someone to sort it out.
