Cancelled prepaid plan

I was charged with a 1 year prepaid plan the other day and I cancelled the subscription, but I don´t know if I will get a refund. This is a continuation from a sub from last year. I never received a notice that my subscription would continue, which is unfortunate.

 

Adobe sent me an E-mail stating that my subscription cancellation was confirmed as per 10 Sep 2022, but my account says that the sub will expire in 2023. I´m not able to get access to the live chat. Will I get a refund?

If you cancelled within the 14 day period you will get a refund. For refund rules, refer to the following link.

Thanks for the reply. Is the 14 day period after the first inital subscription? That would be last year. The renewal was due Sep 10 2022. I cancelled Sep 11 2022. 

Do I qualify for the 14 day cancellation period?

This might mean that they would charge you cancellation fees but since you were not charged that then you should be good. What i mean is either you incur cancellation fees or you are given a refund these are two exclusive things in my understanding, if one happens the other won't. Since you did not pay cancellation you should get a refund.

However, the best way to get this clarified is to contact support. Refunds generally take a week or so to process so we are still not looking at danger. So connect to support using the link I gave above and get it confirmed.
