Cancelled prior to trial end period. Billed for 2 months, now I have a $99 cancellation fee?

Cancelled prior to trial end period. Billed for 2 months, now I have a $99 fee if I want to cancel?

I am certain that I cancelled within the trial period.  Now I am seeing two months of charges.  

The $99.00 fee for cancellation is ridiculous!  I didn't even use it for the full 7 day trial.
