Cancelled subscribtion while on free trial, still deduct the money

Question

Does anyone know why Adobe is still deduct the the price of the subscription if i cancelled within 30 days while it was the free trial period? They deduct from my card the subscription every month like I am still subscribed for their service. In my settings I see that I am not subscribed so I don't understand. Does anyone know how I can contact their customer service and get a refund?

The free trial period is 7 days, but you get a full refund if you cancel within 14 days.

Adobe provides support through the Chat function on the contact page or through a phone call. There is no email support.
