Question

Cancelled Subscription but I would like to renew.

My subscription will end on October 10th. I wish I hadn't cancelled my subscription and I would like to renew but that doesn't seem possible with the same account. I cannot afford to wait until the subscription runs out in order to renew as I realised that I have client website that depend on Adobe Fonts. I also don't want to renew on another email and transfer these fonts over, but it looks like that's what I may be forced to do.

Surely there must be a way to undo a cancelation... Please let me know if this is possible!

I see posts from 2017 saying it wasn't possible back then and honestly if this is still the case I find it a cruel practice to not allow someone to undo a cancelation. There's no good excuse why something as simple as this cant be done so it seems like Adobe is using this a stick to punish users who leave. That's a very nasty business practice. It's things like this that made me want to leave in the first place but then Adobe have such a monopoly on all sorts of things that they make it very hard to leave.

If you canceled it, your only option would be to start a new subscription.

i see when your subscription ends, but that will automatically renew.  confirm with adobe support.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
