    @seg70 thanks for posting about the problems you are encountering managing your commitments to Adobe. I can confirm that there are no active subscriptions or recent transactions associated with the account you used to create this public discussion thread.

    Please see https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/unknown-charge-on-bill.html to locate the account with the recent charge and the active subscription. You will need to log in under the correct account if you want to access the services you are paying for or to cancel your subscription, @seg70 .

    Honestly, they do not care about their customers. They’ve doubled my subscription this month, and I believe it is time to cancel it. I’ve been an Adobe customer for over 10 years, and honestly, I’ve paid for the software hundreds of times over. 😡 And their offshore call centers suck lemons.

    They've done the same to me 03/08/2026 and I had 100% cancelled my subscription - I see they’re trying to pull a fast one. Seeing that I am an attorney for just this matter - Let the games begin.

    Just to confirm it was 11 to 14 days ago - you “Adobe” have seemingly manufactured the cancellation process so user don't even have a record.

    @shicks26

    again, did you check https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/unknown-charge-on-bill.html ?

    did it show an account you recognize?

    if not, report fraudulent use of your credit card to YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY.  ie, it’s not a vendors fault that some accessed your credit card info and used it fraudulently.
