Cancelled subscription for Adobe Firefly Standard, still got charged the next month plus error showing

Two days before my next monthly subscription was about to be due, I cancelled my subscription. I was later charged for another subscription but when I look at my account, it is saying I still have an account (see attached png). I know I cancelled my subscription, my Adobe account is still there saying my plan is still there and that there will be another subscription debit occurring on October 26 2026! I clicked on the “Manage Plan” button and it shows an error - “An error occurred, please try again”.

Thanking you in anticipation of some help on this.

when you cancel adobe sends you an email confirming your cancellation.  do you have it?

Hello again. I managed to cancel my subscription and I now have a confirmation email from Adobe to confirm this. Thanks for all your help.

Thank you for your response.  To answer your question, no, there was no email response from Adobe about canceling the subscription that I could find.  Something must have gone wrong when I canceled. See the error message in the attached image, I'm locked out to go to Manage plan to cancel. I can change stuff in my account profile and access the Firefly app, but continue to get the same message when I try to "Manage plan".
