Cancelled subscription still taking payment

I received a confirmation email regarding a cancelled Photoshop subscription back in December 2019 but despite this Adobe continue to take payement from me - my subscription ended months a go. What's going on??

But I must ask how you did not noticed your CC was being charged for 8 months now for something you thought you had Canceled?
