Cancelled subscription yesterday, but want to go back.

Yesterday I've cancelled my subscription, refusing two months off from adobe. I want to go back to that offer. Is that possible?

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

does it show you're plan is canceled?

It is cancelled (acces until 17/09). I've tried to reach Adobe, but it seems that only ai chatbot is available. Any ideas how to reach Adobe directly about that matter?

you can't restart a successfully cancelled subscription.  you have to start a new one.
