Hi I want to cancel my account. The option to cancel is not available to me in my plans section. I find the website very difficult to navigate

Thanks for reaching out. I reviewed your account details and found that you have an pending dues on your Adobe Photoshop subscription. Cancellation can only be done when the subscription is active with all the dues clear.

Log-in below with your Adobe ID (email) and password.

Click on Manage Plan for more options.

-be sure to keep the verification email you will receive when you cancel
Log in and go here to check your account to determine your status https://account.adobe.com
You may only get a refund if you cancel and are charged during the first 14 days of starting a trial
After 14 days the trial becomes a subscription and there is no refund

Thank you but this does not work. There is no option for me to view my plan and cancel. I never signed up to photoshop.. ever. This is a scam
