cancelling

Question

HI took out a subscription in dec 2020. I have completed a 12 month contract. i tried to cancel my subscription bit i am told i will be charged for doing so with an early cancellation charge of €169. how is this possible. there seems to be no way to contact adobe with an email. i tried the virtual help but there is no way to send a message on that.
