Cancelling a subscription for photoshop

I got a subscription for adobe around October 2026 but got charged twice and thought nothing of it. One charge on the 2nd of the month and one on the 6th of the month. I was getting charged £40 when I was only supposed to be charged £20.

Then at Easter in April, I cancelled the subscription and paid the remaining amount and thought nothing of it.

But I am still being charged £20 on the 2nd of the month by Adobe despite having cancelled this subscription. What can I do, because I simply cannot afford it anymore but I also have no subscriptions running according to my profile?

    When did you see the recent transaction? Did you contact your bank about it? Do you have any other email address associated with Adobe?
