Cancelling Accidental Subscription

Hello!

I needed Indesign to complete an Assignment for University, therefore I went to the Adobe website and bought Indesign. My bank details were already there, therefore the purchase happened instantly. I later realized that instead of buying the monthly plan I had ACCIDENTALLY bought a one year plan! The problem is I only needed the program for that one assignment and I did not realize that I had purchased a one year plan! I ACCIDENTALLY made the purchase 24 days ago. Can I still get a refund?

Hello,

 

I am requesting a refund for my recent Adobe subscription payment. On 18 July 2025, my card ending in 5314 was charged 14.55 USD (Transaction ID: 221695000217496) for Adobe services.

 

I did not intend to continue this subscription, and I have not used the service since the renewal date. Please cancel my subscription and process a refund for this charge.

  • Amount: 14.55 USD
  • Currency exchange rate: 533.61
