Cancelling Adobe subscription with money back

Hi there, i got a subscription with adpbe acrobat pro for the free trial, however, my account was charged and now when i am trying to cancel it is says i will be able to manage my plan soon, however it has been over a week since i started this supposed free trial, i am trying to redeem the 30 money back guarantee, however it isnt letting me cancel the subsription. Can someone please help, i dont want to risk paying more because i couldnt manage my plan

I'm that situation too. I wanted to cancel the free trial,I could not until they deducted this morning. I am trying to cancel yhe subscription but I do not see the cancel plan option.

there's no cancel option if there's a payment problem.

use an updated non-opera browser in private/incognito mode.

We appreciate you reaching out. Upon reviewing your account details, I noticed that you have used the Adobe Acrobat Pro trial in May, 2025 already. The trial can only be availed once. 
This is the reason you are being asked to pay when you are trying to cancel the plan.

Hi Shivangi,

That is fine, however it is not letting me cancel future payments through the manage plan window. I have tried this in multiple search engines and in incognito however it is not letting me cancel the plan. Could you please give me a way to cancel future payments.
