Cancelling an plan

Hiya, basically I've forgotten the email for an account that has an active subscription in. Recently I asked adobe to cancel my subscription which they "did" but they still took money out of my account. A day ago I called Adobe in an attempt to cancel my subscription once again but they told me that they can't cancel it without an email which I don't have at all. I've also asked my bank to cancel the subscription but they said they couldn't. I have no clue what to do know  please help

how many email addresses do you have?

 

if it's manageable sign into adobe with each and check https://account.adobe.com

I had a couple of emails that I used to use for various thing, however I've reset my computer and lost all of them other than my main email.
