cancelling free trial

I have followed the online instructions to cancel my free trial of Elements but it’s not showing up as a plan on my account, so there’s nothing I can do.

I want to be sure that I’m not charged when the trial runs out as the software doesn’t suit my needs.

 

There’s no way to contact via email. It’s really frustrating.

 

Can anyone please help?

    Did you get any confirmation for successful cancellation? What does https://account.adobe.com/plans show?

    I didn’t get an email. It never showed up on my pain plans - otherwise I would’ve been able to follow the instructions given

    In that case you can wait for the trial to expire and if you are charged you can cancel and would get a refund if you do so within 14 days. See the following article
