cancelling in the trial period

I just got a subscription and cancelled it in less than an hour because I didn't find any interresting features... but I didn't get a refund of the amount that was taken off my debit card!!! Any explanations?

    check your billed account by using https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/unknown-charge-on-bill.html to find the account and then check it, https://account.adobe.com

     

    does it show any subscriptions

    In the chat field (lower right of screen), Typing “Agent” into the chat text field will bypass the initial chatbot. Be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human. If you are not able to get to the chat window, then disable your ad-blockers, firewall, enable cookies/scripts on your browser. If it still fails then change your browser/machine/network.
