Cancelling my account

First please don't link me the "How to cancel your account link". I have clicked that link 10 times and I get sent in circles. I click the "Contact Us if you don't see the View Plan button" and that sends me in a damn circle too. There is NO WAY I have found to contact Adobe to get this subscription stopped for the time being. I can't afford the subscription at the moment. 

This is very poor. I've been trying for over 30mins to cancel this subscription. It's really bad that I can't easily cancel my subscription and it's even worse that I needed to come to the Adobe community forums to get this done because there is no way to contact Adobe directly. If Adobe doesn't fix this, I'll just cancel my credit card and get a new one.

The best way i found was to use the chat feature and chat with a representative.

However, whatever you do, do NOT agree to any free months they offer you! It is purely a scam, where they lock you into an annual subscription without telling you. When you go to cancel after those free months, they try to charge you an early cancelation fee.

I can't even find the chat function. There is NO way I can contact Adobe. They say they have 24/7 chat function... but do you think I can find it? I just cancelled my debit card I used to pay for Adobe. So that card is now dead.

In the "Overview" page when you're signed into your account, on the bottom right should be a "Contact Adobe" option. That opens up a chat window. 

 

But yeah, they don't make it easy or customer-friendly.
