cancelling my personal subscription

Hello, i switched to a team subscription with a company and didnt cancel my personal subscription, my credit card still getting billed for it every month and i want to suspend it, but i cant access my old plans to stop it, any solutions?

why can't you sign in to your adobe account (https://account.adobe.com) with the adobe id used with your personal subscription?

p.s. you can't suspend adobe subscriptions. you can cancel.

its the same id as the one the company joined me with, i can switch account but when i do that my plans page is empty as if it never existed

even my invoices disappeared, its all blank when i switch to my personal account
