Cancelling my subscription

I have no idea why you have charged my £29 today. I did use you for one pdf but will not use your ststem after this as I am retired and don’t work. It was just a one of need. Please refund my money.

    I understand why this would be frustrating, especially if you only intended to use the service once.

     

    If you do not see any active plans or recent transactions in your Adobe account, the first thing I would suggest is to confirm that you are signed in with the same email address used when the charge occurred. It is not uncommon for people to have more than one Adobe account and accidentally review the wrong one.

    If you locate an active subscription and no longer need it, you can follow the cancellation steps here:

     

    If you still cannot find an active plan or transaction after confirming the correct account, please let us know what Adobe product you used and whether the charge appears on your bank or credit card statement with an Adobe reference. That may help narrow down what occurred.
