Cancelling my subscription
Hello.
Some time ago, I have unknowingly subscribed to a yearly Adobe Photography subscription. I only wanted to try for a month, but it was a yearly plan that I was unware of. I haven't even seen that it was written anywhere that it was a yearly subscription. Anyway, I tried to cancel and there is a big fee to do so. I have seen people struggling with the same issues as I am, and I don't understand why is it done in such a sneaky way? I am not the only one not to realise that I subscribed to a service I wasn't aware of. I cannot pay the fee and I am not using the services at all. Please could someone from Adobe help me? I had a chat before with someone from Adobe team and they were not helping me in a way that would solve my problem.
