Cancelling payment and subscription

Question

Hello, the question to the Adobe Team. I wonder that I can not cancel my subscription till I pay something. System now tries to take from me 499LE/month. But I dont have it and I want to cancel but I can't cancel till I pay this 499LE even if I didn't use it? I didn't use too much trial subscription. How to make cancellation?
