Cancelling plan, confusing information

Hi, I want to cancel my plan (CC All Apps), it's a yearly plan, charged monthly. It will be renewed in one month. When I go to "Cancel my plan" I get the following:

It says "You'll lose access to premium apps and services after Dec 3 2024", but it also says "You'll no longer be able to access most of your favorite apps". So, I don't understand if I cancel my plan, do I lose access in November or December?

Thank you in advance everyone.

Correct answer kglad

you lose access as soon as you cancel.  ie, get ready to cancel (eg, download cc files), set a reminder just prior to the end (eg, on cell phone) and book mark this or similar responses, so you know how to cancel.

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

I already unsubscribed from the plan, so why do I still need to pay for something I’m no longer subscribed to?

I already made sure in the Payments & Subscriptions section of the Adobe app that the plan was cancelled, and yes, it’s already cancelled. I don’t want to pay anymore, ishhhhhh

@saffiyaaaaaa

check your account ( https://account.adobe.com )

does it show you still have an ai for acrobat subscription?  if so and that’s unwanted, cancel it.
