Cancelling plan, what about credit?

I had 2 Adobe plans. One for Adobe Acrobat Pro and one for Photography plan (20 GB).
A few days ago, I upgraded from Adobe Acrobat Pro to Creative Cloud All Applications 100 GB. I therefore also cancelled the Photography plan (20 GB)
The plans had approximately the same renewal date in March, respectively March 26 and March 17.
I now see that I am credited for Adobe Acrobat Pro, but not for Photography plan (20 GB). Why not for the Photography plan?

Because you upgraded the Acrobat plan, but you cancelled the Photography plan. You need to contact Adobe customer care to correct this. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
