Cancelling Subscription

I have an add on £1.99 ai assistant subscription that I want to cancel. There is no way to do this as I am not the enterprise admin on account. This was a separate purchase that I am personally billed for monthly but now wish to cancel. Please see below. does anyone know how to contact so that this can be cancelled? - its completely infuriating that I can't even see this subscription on muy account let alone cancel this via my account!

Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person
-Meaning type in the word Agent in the lower right, without the quote " " marks

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, this pops up when I try CHAT. This issue seems to be that because this is a University account, I cannot contact anyone directly myself. Which isn't helpful when the charge is personal, not paid by the University. I'm completely stuck!

the bot is correct, you need to contact your admin.
