Cancelling Subscription for AI Assistant for Acrobat

Hello there,

I am from Germany. I have subscribed for AI Assistant for Acrobat. I wanted to try the 7-day free trail version but somehow I missed it. I have already paid one months subscription. Now, I want to cancel the subscription but It shows I have to pay 32.92 euros. As I am a student, It’s really tough fpr me to pay that amount. Can I get some waiver or something like that?

    We appreciate you reaching out. I reviewed your account details and found that you have an active subscription for AI Assistant for Acrobat since 15 days.

    Adobe offers full refund if the subscription is cancelled within first 14 days. Since you are cancelling the plan before term end, this is the reason you are being asked to pay early termination fee.

    Do I have to pay the full amount or is there any other way to minimize it?

    A cancellation fee of 50% of the remaining balance of your contract obligation may apply. Your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period.

    you’d have to contact adobe support to plead your case.
