Cannot acces old mail with account / subscription / payment plan

Hello,

 

I need help to delete/end an active subscription which is linked to my personal payment card but under a mail/account that I do no longer have access to - and hence cannot log into since password reset goes to that mail. Please assist.

and after your fix the sign-in issue, to cancel see * and to delete see **
