Cannot access account that uses deactivated student email address

Hi everyone,

I am needing to access an account that is using a student email address that has been deactivated since I graduated. I am unfortunately still being billed per month and I need to stop this. Is there any way for me to access this account, or have my student email updated to my personal email?

I feel like I'm going in circles trying to find an answer.
