cannot activate non-profit package

I have a personal adobe account. I work for a non-profit which just bought the non-profit adobe package. I use the email address that the activation was sent to as my personal adobe log in, when I try to activate the non-profit package and use that email addy it won’t activate the non-profit package. How do I activate the non-profit package while using my personal adobe email login.

    I don't see any activity on your account. If an organization manages the network and devices you are using, then please provide the people managing the infrastructure with the information at https://adobe.ly/3Rbw9YJ so they can unblock your computer and allow you to use Acrobat successfully.


    I know this can be frustrating, Janewayson, but the restrictions are likely in place by design. If you managed the network and computers yourself, verify that any installed security software is up to date and that you are using the recommended settings for network devices.

    Yes the non-profit got activated unfortunately it’s not letting me add others for the rest of the licenses. It’s saying I don’t have administrator privileges. I’m assuming that’s because I activated the non-profit with a different email address.
