Cannot apply for refund, adobe said my payment is not visible on their system but my bank verified that i already paid
I got charged last march 1, 2026, and i applied for refund because i did not want to renew my subscription, however when i tried talking to the chat support the person said my payment is not visible on their end so i contacted my bank and said that they verified that i paid however i need to talk to adobe since they’re the only ones who can process my refund please help me, asap.
