Cannot cancel a monthly subscription converted from trial

Hello,

 

on the November 9th I have started a free trial and on 16th it was converted to a monthly plan. I would like to cancel that subscription but that option is unavailable because the payment failed since there was no money on the card. Could anyone pplease help me to cancel that monthly plan?

p.s. if you're cancelling an annual plan early, there's a penalty (=1/2 the cost of the remaining months).

Thank you! Yes, the "AGENT" solved the problem within a 10-15 minutes! After several exchanges of messages about other products, a better price ... and, if I really want to cancel the subscription..., the cancellation was finally done!

That's right.  You can't cancel until you resolve your payment problem.

Thank you, I was able to contact the support by typing the AGENT in the chat and the issue was resolved in a matter of few minutes.
