Question

Cannot cancel Adobe subscription — former work email deleted, ongoing billing attempts

Hello Adobe Support Team,

I urgently need help cancelling an Adobe subscription associated with my former corporate email address.

I no longer work for the company, and my corporate email account has been permanently deleted. I cannot sign in, recover the account, or cancel the subscription myself.

Adobe continues attempting to charge my personal bank card. I have blocked these transactions through my bank, but the payment attempts continue.

I have already contacted Adobe Virtual Assistant multiple times. Unfortunately, it refuses to connect me with a human agent because I cannot sign in to the account with the active subscription.

I am requesting:

  1. Immediate cancellation of the subscription associated with my former corporate email.

  2. Termination of all future billing attempts.

  3. Assistance from an Adobe billing specialist who can verify my identity using payment information.

  4. Written confirmation that the subscription has been cancelled.

I can provide the former email address, last four digits of my payment card, transaction dates, and amounts privately through a secure channel.

Please escalate this issue to Adobe Billing Support. I have no way to cancel this subscription through the standard process.

Thank you.

    Hi John,

    Thank you for your response.

Unfortunately, I have already tried contacting Adobe Support multiple times. I typed "AGENT" in the chat, but the virtual assistant refuses to connect me to a human representative because my current Adobe account has no active subscription.

My subscription is linked to my former corporate email address, which has been permanently deleted. I have no way to access or recover that account.

Adobe continues attempting to charge my personal bank card, even though I have blocked these transactions through my bank.

I have also submitted a new post in the Account, Payment & Plan section, as you suggested.

Could you please advise me on how to contact Adobe's billing department directly, without signing in to the inaccessible account? Is there an official email address or another way to escalate this issue?

I simply want to cancel my subscription and stop these repeated payment attempts.

    Thank you for your help!

1 - This is a public forum, not Adobe support... other users can't see your account to help
This is the correct way to contact support
    https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen

    - and enter AGENT in the box asking How can we help you?

2 - Moving a message to the correct forum is not working for volunteer Moderators
