Cannot Cancel Adobe Trial – Password Loop with Google Sign‑In


I urgently need help canceling my Adobe trial. Every time I try, the system forces me to update my password. On the “Verify your identity” page, even when I enter the correct password, it always says “incorrect password.”
I signed in using my Google account, not a separate Adobe ID, so I cannot bypass this loop. Because of this, I cannot access the cancellation option.
Please advise how I can cancel my trial immediately.
