Cannot Cancel Subscription

I bought a 69.99 plan using my school email. The email is inactive but I still get a charge. I need to cancel it, but I cannot talk to a live agent. Email is <Removed by Moderator>

You can use the steps in https://adobe.ly/4mn2VRv to sign in under the personal account that was created using your school's email address. Once you are logged in, you can then complete the self-cancel process listed at https://adobe.ly/4mJUnDN to end your recent commitment to Adobe.

 

Please be aware that many organizations block individual subscriptions and access on their networks and devices. You may need to use a different device and network to complete the self-cancel process.  ^JW
