Cannot Cancel Subscription - No Email Access, Charged to renew subscription already two days ago

Hello Adobe Community,

I desperately need help from Adobe Support or a moderator who can escalate my case to the billing team. I've been unable to reach support through chat, and this is extremely time-sensitive.

MY SITUATION:

I subscribed to Adobe Creative Cloud using my previous work email address. I have since changed jobs and no longer have access to that email account. However, the subscription is linked to my personal debit card, which was charged today (January 1, 2026) for 3,367.20 SAR for the annual renewal.

THE PROBLEM:

  1. I cannot log into the Adobe account because it's registered to my old work email
  2. I cannot reset the password because I can't access that email
  3. I cannot cancel the subscription through the normal portal
  4. I was charged 3,367.20 SAR today without any way to prevent it
  5. I cannot reach Adobe support through chat (keeps failing or asking me to sign in with an active plan)

WHAT I NEED:

  • Immediate cancellation of the subscription linked to my old work email
  • Full refund of the 3,367.20 SAR charged today (I am within the 14-day refund window)

VERIFICATION I CAN PROVIDE:

  • Bank statement showing the 3,367.20 SAR charge from Adobe from my account
  • Previous transaction history from the same card
  • Government-issued ID
  • My old work email address (even though I can't access it)
  • Any other documentation Adobe needs

WHY THIS IS URGENT:

The 14-day refund policy clock started TODAY when I was charged. Every day I wait without resolution reduces my chance of getting a refund. I am currently on Day 3 of 14.

Can someone from Adobe Support please help me or provide a direct way to reach the billing team?

Thank you in advance for any help.

contact your previous employer and ask to restore your previous email for the brief period needed to cancel your subscription.

Hello dear, @phoebe_4143  I've been reached out by @Kanikas  and the support team called me back and resolved my issue in no time! I was extremely satisfied with the service! I was so worried and they really came through. I got a full refund in less 24 hours even though they said 7-10 days
