cannot change creditcard

I have followed all the instructions to change my creditcard info.

When clicking "change" an error message appears "something went wrong", that's all.

Can yopu help me out with changing the creditcard?

    Try another browser, make sure you don't have any script blockers or any such thing on. I can see the icon fine on Chrome and Safari.

    It’s working in chrome (fire fox does not work)
    Contacting an agent now, thx
