Cannot contact adobe

Hi I've been on the phone for half an hour but I'm unable to reach an adobe agent. I'm signed it, cookies are allowed yet no chat function  has showed up previously. I have questions about billing and upgrades that need to be resolved promptly. How can we reach adobe support?

In addition to using Chat support through a web browser, Adobe provides phone support.

Search this page for a regionally appropriate phone number: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

Be prepared for a wait, and good luck.

A99, I am sorry you are encountering so many difficulties establishing a secure chat session. I did review the account you used to post to this public discussion forum, and I do not see any recent interactions, so it would appear the computer is actively blocking you from beginning a chat session.

In addition to Jobn's suggestions, please try beginning a chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, then you will need to use a different device to begin a secure chat session.

This is a public forum, you need the link to Adobe support, not other users
Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link below
-make sure that your browser does NOT block ads, scripts, or pop-ups
-you must also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for this to work
    https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/support.html for chat or https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html
-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long
    .
Also: beware of answering anyone who sends you a private message
