Cannot purchase Lightroom]

I just went through the purchasing process and finished all the steps to buy it, but then it said that "A transaction can fail for a variety of reasons. Double check and make sure your payment information is entered correctly. If this issue persists, you may need to use a different payment method or contact your bank." and I do tryna use another bank account but still resulting the same. Can anyone know how to fix this? Thanks!
