Cannot update to yearly subscription for photography plan

I cannot update my monthly billing to the yearly subscription to save money. I am getting an error when I click “Update Subscription”

    @tourniquet7 thanks for posting. I don’t show any problems with the plan associated with the account you used to create this public discussion thread.

     

    Please try using a different device to complete the steps listed at https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/subscriptions-and-plans/plan-changes-and-upgrades/change-adobe-plan.html.

     

    I also don’t show any records of any attempts to reach us, so the same thing that is preventing you from changing your plan is the likely reason you were redirected to this public discussion forum to ask your question. Please try using a smartphone or tablet if you can not reach anyone or are still blocked from modifying your subscription commitment.

    …and, if you use a mobile phone, use an updated non-opera browser with wifi disabled.
