Cannot Use my Account

Hello. I cannot use any of Adobe Creative Cloud apps/web/etc. 
On adobe website/ CC I can see that I did a purchase but on whatever I try to use seems no subscription. How can I solve this problem. If needed I can provide my student ID etc.
