Cannot use student migration tool as Adobe does not recognise my email as a school account

Hi all, 


I have been having troubles to start the migration process of my assets from my school-assigned account to a private one. 

 

When I go to the https://graduation.adobe.com/ and try to sign in, Adobe claims that is my personal account, not a school one:

 

PERSONAL INFORMATION REMOVED... Moderator

 

Any help would be much appreciated!

Unfortunately, for some reason, I cannot contact Customer Service. When I try to open the chatbox this window pops up:
