Cannot use subscription URGENT

I am trying to log in to my school account and I have homework due in an hour. I was told to call customer support, they told me to call another number. It keeps saying buy subscription but i already bought it

If none of this works then probably its time to contact your school if they are managing the licenses as @Laubender suggested else contact Adobe support for assistance

Hi @Eleanor322330652wvo ,

did you ever logged in successfully?

If yes, I'd suggest to log out from the Creative Cloud Desktop App. Restart the machine. Then log in to the Creative Cloud Desktop App and then start InDesign.

 

If nothing is working contact the IT department of your school.

My guess is, that they are managing the licenses.
